Question by Dopes: 2nd hand PC price opinions?
How much should I put this up for sale for, I’m selling the below pc:
Case: ThermalTake Shark
Mother Board: Asus p7p55d-E-EVO
Intel i5 750 (Cooler Master 212 plus fan)
Ballistix Tracer DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 (4Gb)
Asus HD5770 v2
HX850 PSU
Blue Ray dvd player
750Gb HDD
and also has a Lynksys WiFi usb (N)
Been out of the game for a while and have no idea what would be reasonable to sell this for in GBP.

It’s my birthday on Thursday and I’m being given £250 to buy a TV for my room which I will be using for both Freeview & a PS3. I’ve brought it down to 2 specific ones, so please don’t advertise me other ones lol
Firstly a UMC 22″ from www.comet.co.uk
Advantages: Is the only (and I mean only) 22″ TV in my price range that has 1080p HD qualilty. I am using this for a PS3 so that could come in very handy even thought the TV is small. Although it’s a little more expensive it really looks worth it, and it also has a built in DVD player, which could come in handy.
Disadvantages: It is from a company I haven’t heard of before so it may not last as long, and if it brakes then we have no idea who to go to if comet don’t replace it. The other TV is BUSH 22″ in the sale from Argos for £195.69.
Advantages: It’s a BUSH TV so at least I know the company. It is more popular and has more accurate reviews and comes with guarantee.
Disadvantages: I can’t seem to find a wall mount for it and it only goes to 720p HD which means some of my PS3 games will downgrade from 1080. No built in DVD. Around 4.4/5 on the site:

second one, simply because its a better brand, my 32″ is a samsung. and my ps3 and every other console works like a dream

so… I desperately need help with my maths homework! The questions are below and i need workings out as well… I don’t get how you do the multiplier thing..

An elastic band is stretched so that its length increases by 25%. If the stretched elastic band is 16cm long, find its unstretched length.

A strain of bacteria increases at a rate of 12.5% per day.

a) if there were 1000 bacteria originally, calculate the number there will be at the end of each day for seven days. Round each calculation to the nearest number.

b)Use a single calculation to find the number of bacteria at the end of seven days. Round your answer to the nearest whole number

c) what do you notice about your answers to part a) and b)? explain your findings
